Company Policy & Disclaimer 

Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks with performance modifications. All installations are at the customer’s own risk. The Higher Class holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.

Product Listing & Pricing 

The Higher Class strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other factors we cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, The Higher Class shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from The Higher Class are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. The Higher Class does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

Return Policy 

No returns without a RMA (return material authorization). A 20% restocking fee applies. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY canceled order. For custom projects where a deposit is required, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned and retain said deposit if no communication is conducted within a 90 day period. Waivers on all fees can be reviewed on an individual basis.

Refund Policy 

Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Waivers on this policy can be reviewed on an individual basis with our management staff. Store credit can be applied on items that are 100% not used or mounted to the vehicle. A 20% restocking fee applies, unless discussed and approved with management prior to return. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY canceled order.

Damaged Goods 

All damages must be reported within 24 hrs of receiving shipment to our Customer Service Department at 509-818-4449.


Our goal is to always provide product and merchandise to you as soon as possible. Any items out of stock will be shipped to you immediately upon receiving it from the manufacturer. Special order items please allow extra delivery time, to prevent unnecessary delays please call in advance to verify if products are in stock.

Shipping Policy 

There are times and circumstances when a customer would like to purchase a product and have it shipped to somewhere besides the address listed on their credit card statement. On our order form we request that the billing and shipping address be the same. The reason we do this is for credit card and address verification purposes. We do this to minimize fraud. The credit card company will simply state that the transaction is an exact match when all is good. If the shipping address is NOT listed in your credit card data base with the credit card company, then the response will come back as an “address mismatch”. We cannot complete the online order with address mismatches.
